The Palace of the Prophets was where the Sisters of the Light and Dark lived. The Palace was one of the many places in the Old World.
Wizards Web[]
The Wizards of old put a Wizards Web around the Palace so that those who lived inside the palace aged slower than those who live outside the Palace. For everyday a person ages in the Palace, a person outside ages 10. Though those inside Age more slowly, they still experience a normal passage of time.
