Mord-Sith
Red Forman was the Mord-Sith who ordered to capture Michael Kelso and train him. He succeeded, but Michael's love for bacon let him escape the effects of being trained. He escaped with all the bacon of the Mord-Sith temple, but not before he had killed Red Forman. However, another Mord-Sith, Steven Hyde, revived Red with the Jack of Daniels.
Laurie Forman punished him severely for letting Michael Kelso get away, and then he ordered him to find the pristinely ungifted one, Fez, and have him bring him the bacon back. Again, Red succeeded but Kelso came upon them and Red took Fez captive (who was also, unbeknownst to him, Bob Pinciotti's son) in exchange for the bacon. To make it more pressing for Kelso after he realized Fez was important to him, he killed him with his agiel and would only give him the Jack of Daniels if they brought the bacon back to her.
Plan for power
After Fez took the Bacon from Eric Formans kitchen, Kelso managed to put it together despite Red's efforts and gained the Power of Forman. He discovered Red had lied, that Fez would not last long enough to be revived. In a rage, Kelso ordered Jacky to kill Red, while Fez seperated the bacon when he saw how the magic was corrupting Kelso, saving Red's life. Red begged Kelso to finish him off before Hyde found him, but he only gave him the chance of a head start away from Hyde.
Red started a plan to train Bob Pinciotti, have him kill himself, and then kill Kelso to have Bob's spirit enter his body. The plan worked at first, but Jacky, Eric and Laurie caught on and managed to restore Kelso's spirit to his own body.
Death
Red captured Fez and planned on training him to do his wishes, but Jacky and Laurie killed Red right before Fez had gotten him to consider to living a better life.
